1. Products & Orders

  • We sell dining furniture: tables, dining chairs, and sideboards.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations (wood grain, fabric dye lots). These variations are not defects .

  • Made-to-order items may have extended lead times (stated on product page) .

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury .

  • Place furniture on level, stable surfaces .

  • Adhere to all weight limits .

  • For chairs, regularly check and tighten bolts/connections .

  • For tables, use coasters/trivets to protect surfaces from heat/moisture .

3. Made-to-Order & Custom Items

  • Made-to-order items are final sale once production begins . A 48-hour grace period may apply for cancellations before production starts .

  • Once production begins, no changes or cancellations are permitted .

4. Furniture Safety Standards
Products comply with applicable ASTM stability standards for furniture where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, overloading, accidents).

7. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
