Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing:

  • In-stock items: 3-7 business days

  • Made-to-order items: Production time as noted (typically 4-10 weeks), then shipping

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. We partner with:

  • Small items: USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Large items (freight): Specialized freight carriers (LTL)

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: 7-20 business days (freight). Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window (typically 4-hour) .

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold. Driver will not bring inside/upstairs unless White Glove service purchased .

  • Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on delivery receipt .

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for an additional fee (select at checkout). Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and removal of packaging materials.

6. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately .

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of damage and all packaging . Keep all packaging for inspection .

7. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours of placement . Orders shipped cannot be canceled. Made-to-order items may have cancellation fees if production has begun .
